The test.
- There will be two parts (calculators are permitted in Part I, not permitted in Part II )
- Remember to bring calculators
- Formulas will NOT be provided.
- 2 or 3 questions are taken from handouts/homework/quizzes with slight modifications to the numbers.
- 1 question is taken from the Chapter Review on Page 45 - 47 of the textbook with slight modifications to the numbers.

Common errors on the last quiz
2π + 3π = 5π
2 + 3π is NOT 5π, it is just 2 + 3π (cannot simplify)
Analogy:
2x + 3x = 5x
2 + 3x = 2 + 3x (cannot simplify)
So if you come across something like:
140 + 100π + 300 + 40π
It equals
(140 + 300) + (100π + 40π)
= 440 + 140π
